Free Workshop: Are you an Activist or an Organizer?

While many people are activists, few are organizers. We need both.

Without organizers, activists lack direction. Without activists, organizers are paralyzed.

This workshop will focus on the postal-workers' strike and the University's attack on student-worker housing. (https://cupe3913.on.ca/News/ArticleID/193/Family-Housing)

We will discuss two questions (45 minutes each):

• How might an activist respond to the attack on postal workers compared with how an organizer might respond?

• How might an activist respond to the attack on campus student-workers compared with how an organizer might respond?

This discussion will reveal how best to respond to these devastating attacks.
