With a recession looming, an inaccessible and inadequate EI program will be another disaster for workers who need access to EI now, and when the next crisis hits.
Join us for this urgent online phone action where we will be demanding the federal government ease restrictions on Employment Insurance so no worker is left behind when they face a job loss.
Together we will review the background information, then we will all phone Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Workforce Development Minister Randy Boissonnault; Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland; and Labour Minister Seamus O'Regan, as well as our own MP.
