Outreach in Eglinton-Lawrence
Join us for outreach ahead of the June 2nd Ontario election. Let’s talk with workers in our community about why we should vote for decent work, including a $20 minimum wage, paid sick days, protections for gig workers, and more. Eglinton-Lawrence's current MPP Robin Martin voted against paid sick days over 25 times and was part of the Conservative government that cancelled the minimum wage hike in 2018.
We will be knocking on doors in the area asking our neighbours to pledge to vote for decent work and handing out our campaign leaflets. Meet us outside Lawrence West TTC station at the Southwest corner of Lawrence Ave W & Allen Rd!
