Doors open with refreshments at 5:30 pm. The meeting starts at 6:00 pm.
At Tuesday's meeting, we'll be hearing from, and organizing with, these folks:
- Car wash workers;
- Health and long-term care workers;
- Striking workers at the Art Gallery of Ontario;
- LCBO workers;
- Education workers; and more.
Recent wins for workers fighting wage theft and Regent Park Community Health Centre workers show us that labour-community solidarity is essential for success.
But there's nothing automatic about whether solidarity will be organized and visible. That's why we need your help!
